VEIASA bases its management systems on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, currently Business Central, a scalable tool that adapts to its main activities: Technical Vehicle Inspection (ITV) and metrological control of equipment subject to periodic inspections such as counters or meters.
We take care of the support, maintenance, and renewal of your ERP licenses (Navision), as well as the development and implementation of two management systems as they contemplate the specific needs of the company in terms of supplier management, purchasing, and metrology services.

Metrology Management System
Custom development of a web application for the comprehensive management of metrology services provided. The system allows for the preparation of budgets, the management of services to be provided and the generation of certificates in pdf format, their signature and delivery to customers by e-mail, among other features.
Purchasing Workflow Application
Personalized development of the WFCompras web platform for managing and approving purchase orders. It allows responding to the needs of supplies, works and services of the different VEIASA units: Validation of supplier invoices, configuration of the necessary signatures,etc. Additionally, a supplier portal is developed that allows the consultation of orders, delivery notes, credits and invoices thus offering greater transparency between company and supplier.
